| Chip is a very personable, knowledgeable, dedicated, and spiritual guy. When conversing about our new home and our journey to our blessing—I like to tell folks that Chip showed up at the right time. God must have sent him, because at the time my husband and I were thinking about selling, buying or building a new home, and it was only a thought at that time! Chip had sold a home across the street from our old home within “4” days of putting it on the market… That was amazing to me considering there were other homes near us that had been on the market for months and possibly a year?. Needless to say, I saw him at a home that was for sale next door, we greeting one another, continued to go our separate ways and minutes later the doorbell rang…. To make a long story short—Chip stopped by, asked a few general “home buying” questions, provided me with a business card, setup a meeting to discuss our needs and wants, and about five months later we were new home owners!!!! I recommend anyone who is at a point where he/she is considering selling, buying or building to contact Chip. He’s a great listener and strongly believes in the power of prayer! Whatever you wish for, he can direct you to it!

Chip Williams is the best! He helped us purchase a new home and sell our old one quickly. He was friendly, available, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the Tallahassee market. He was aggressive when he had to be and patient when he needed to be. Chip was professional in every way and coordinated every step, big and small. Simply put, he is everything you want in a realtor. | My husband and I decided one day that we really wanted to just go look at a house that we had seen and were interested in. Chip knowing we weren't sure if we were able to buy or not right took the time break everything down to us and go over in depth everything that we did know we needed to know! He walked us through every step communicating constantly from first walk through to closing day. This was our first home, so we were definitely unaware of everything that would come with buying a house, but he made sure to let us know what was happening every step of the way and whenever there was something that needed to be done, we knew within minutes of him finding out. The buying process went great and a great deal of that is because of Chip, his willingness to help and understand we were clueless and all of the amazing recommendations he had for us when it came to lenders, appraisers and everything else in between! We could not be more happy with our house and the ease of it all because of his help! Would recommend to anyone and everyone who is in the market!
